The Youth Ministry provides leadership, vision, and spiritual guidance for the church’s youth (typically age 5 to age 21). This role is responsible for creating a Christ-centered, engaging, and safe environment where young people can grow in faith, build healthy relationships, and discover their God-given purpose.
